The Board of Directors of Azumah Resources Ghana Ltd announced a strategic agreement with FLSmidth (FLS) as a key technology and equipment supplier partner for the Black Volta Gold Project.

The agreement culminated in a signing ceremony on 12 December 2025 in Accra and covers long-lead items required for project development.

This milestone forms part of the ongoing execution roadmap toward full project development under the new Ghanaian-led ownership structure.
