The Board of Directors of Azumah Resources Ghana Ltd announced that the company is under a new ownership and management structure after successful completion of negotiations and full settlement by Engineers & Planners Company Limited (E&P).

The transaction marked a key transition point in the development pathway for the Black Volta and Sankofa Gold Projects and reinforced confidence in Ghanaian-led mining asset development.

This update set the stage for subsequent financing and project development milestones announced in late 2025 and 2026.
