Last Friday, Mr. Ibrahim Mahama was the Special Guest Speaker at the BFW Partner Africa Project and Mentorship session at the Accra Technical Training Centre (ATTC). BFW Partner Africa Project is a German initiative seeking to assist developing countries to strengthen vocational education in the construction sector.

Mr. Ibrahim Mahama advised the students to take their learning process seriously, emphasising that TVET students are supposed to be employers and not employees. He shared insights about Engineers & Planners' operational activities at site and also promised to give a good number of them practical training and guidance in the mining and construction sector.

The session was part of a broader effort to bridge the gap between vocational education and industry, and to inspire the next generation of skilled Ghanaian workers to take pride in technical and vocational careers.
